I have been a teacher of the Alexander Technique for 30 years and am certified by The American Society for the Alexander Technique and The Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique. I bring extensive training and experience to my teaching practice. In addition to individual and small group lessons, I offer classes, workshops and rehearsal support.
I am the Past Chair and a current member of the Committee for the Alexander Technique and the Performing Arts within the American Society for the Alexander Technique.
